*Please note that we are only able to deliver to mainland France and mainland UK. Overseas territories and islands cannot be delivered.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We do our best to have our products ship within 3 to 5 business days.
CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking details. Please note that for some companies it takes 2 to 3 business days to update their tracking system. So, if your tracking says “no information available at the moment”, please try again a few days later.
WILL MY PARCEL BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL CUSTOM AND IMPORT CHARGES?
Custom or Import Charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Import and Custom policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order.
